Sioux Falls--Chairman Tim Rave announced today that Governor Bobby Jindal will give the keynote address at the South Dakota Republican Party State Convention next weekend in Sioux Falls. Jindal, the Governor of Louisiana, will speak at 7pm on Friday, June 22nd at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.
