Tim Rave
Chairman

Tim Rave was elected Chairman of the South Dakota Republican Party in February 2011.  Tim is currently in the State Senate for District 25 and the former Speaker of the House for the South Dakota House of Representatives.  Chairman Rave resides in Baltic.

Dana Randall
National Committeeman

Dana Randall was elected National Committeeman of the South Dakota Republican Party in June 2008. He has been involved with politics for 11 years. Dana served as the Brown County Victory Chair in 2002, and served as Brown County Chairman for four years. He also serves as a Director on the Board for the South Dakota Right to Life. Dana has been with Raymond James Financial Services for 19 years, serving as a financial advisor and is a Certified Financial Planner. Dana was born in Aberdeen, SD, graduated from Jamestown, ND, and received his B.S. from Northern State University. He and his wife, Becky, have two daughters, and reside in Aberdeen.

Mary Jean Jensen
National Committeewoman

Mary Jean Jensen was first elected South Dakota National Republican Committeewoman in 1996. Mary Jean was President of the South Dakota Federation of Republican Women in 1991 and 1992, and has been a board member of the National Federation since 1991. Mary Jean was born and raised in Spink County, SD, and is a graduate of SDSU, receiving her B.S. in Home Economics. For many years she was a teacher in Lemmon. Mary Jean and her husband Eldon have four children and nine grandchildren. 

Kristi Wagner
Vice Chair

Kristi Wagner of Whitewood.  Kristi is a longtime Republican volunteer and supporter.  She has been active in the TARs and the College Republicans.  Kristi has held party leadership positions in Tripp County, Brown County, and Lawrence County.  She has attended many state conventions, and was a proud delegate to the 2004 Republican National Convention in New York City.  Kristi owns a consulting firm that focuses on organizational, economic, and community development.

Matt Konenkamp
Secretary

Matt Konenkamp was elected State Party Secretary in January 2011.  

Brett Koenecke
Treasurer

Brett Koenecke was raised in Clear Lake, SD. His family tree is deeply rooted in South Dakota, both sides of his family having homesteaded in Deuel County prior to statehood. He is proud to be a fourth generation graduate of Clear Lake High School. He went on to South Dakota State University, where he earned a B.S., with honors, in Economics. He earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in December 1994, and has been in private practice in Pierre since 1995. He resides in Pierre with his wife Lori, a professor of nursing, and two daughters.
