2009-2010 served as Vice-Chair of the House Agriculture and Natural Resource Committee

Served as Chair of the Tripp County Republicans from 1999 thru 2006 (I think it was 1999)
Organized grassroot get out the vote volunteers during election cycles
Planned successful Lincoln Day Dinners
Organized volunteers for the floats in the Labor Day parade each year
2002 and 2004 was a Regional Field Director for Senator John Thune campaigns. Managed grassroots get out the vote efforts in 8 counties
My husband, Clint, and I own and operate Vanneman Farms at Ideal, living on the original homestead Clint’s grandfather purchased in 1909.
I currently serve on the South Dakota Board of Military Affairs
I am a director for Farm Credit Services of America serving 2 years as Chair of the Governance committee
I am a director for national Farm Credit Council and the Farm Credit Council Services
Clint and I have 3 grown children, one son-in-law and 2 granddaughters.
