Bylaws › SECTION IX

1. An audit of the State Party’s finances will be completed each year by a certified public accountant. The audit shall be performed in January or February for the previous year. The CPA firm will furnish written and oral reports on the assessment of the Party’s finances and transactions.

The Executive Director should not be authorized to sign checks.
